Looking to buy a 74 Monte Carlo.....What should I look for....it is not showroom and needs a bit of work, Floor, Frame and Motor are good.....Value??? What to look out for?

if you are doing the work i wouldnt give over 5000 at most and look out for rust

Thanks, they are only asking $3,500.00, very little rust for an average car of this age.
