1985 CORVETTE PUT IN ALL NEW SENSORS AND NEW RELAY AND FUSES FAN WILLNOT RUN  TEMP WAS UP TO 250. IF I JUMP RED AND WHITE WIRE ON RELAY PLUG FAN WILL RUN

is the fan 1 stage or 2 stage, and if 2 stage does it have an internal resistor. bridging may be activating stage 2 which is the A/C stage. have you tried a substitute fan to see if this is the issue
