Radiator Seam or host cracked or busted, or something more serious like a head gasket. Is it overheating?

Does it leak when the car is idling or sitting cold, or both? I need more information in order to assist but will monitor your post.

I have a 1969 Chevy Corvette. I have rebuilt or replaced almost every thing. I have not replaced the original A/C compressor but converted it to the new Eco friendly freon. I had it tested three times, had the cooler boxes cleaned out, fan replaced, yet I have trouble getting the car cool. I live in So. Cal. where it is a necessity of life to have the A/C work as good as when new from the factory. I put in heat/sound shielding under the floor mats, and had all components check for proper functioning. I was thinking of going to a serpentine belt system that would get the newest A/C compressor with the system. Has anyone done this or have any suggestions? 9 Answers

The A/C system does not leak, holds the proper pressure

my 1987 corvette dash lights are not working, both signal indicators came on and that stopped the dash lights from working. The digitals are still working in the sun light but I can't see them at night? Anyone have any suggestions? 2 Answers

I do live on a back dirt road and have just purchased this car, the dash lights were working but I'm wondering if the potholes jiggled somthing loose. Not sure where to start looking. Any ideas?

My 2006 Corvette makes a rubbing sound (right front) when I make a right turn at an intersection or from a driveway where there is a dip in the road. The deeper the dip the louder the rubbing sound. 1 Answer
