I got a 94 celica an it was my girls.. an she got it from a little car dealership.. An the guy that made the sale told her the tires that
were on it arent the right ones for it.. there p185 70r 14's.. Are they right??

It depends on the model. The GT Liftback and Sport Coupe GT should have come with 205/55R15 V. The ST model did have 185/70R14 S tires.
