What kind of leaks... oil, transmission, water?

The leaks on my 1997 Rav 4 are oil leaks of some kind

Do you think it is leaking because of the levelor do you see the oil? I was burning over a quart a month for a while and put some mystery oil in every time I had an oil change for a year and the car was fine after that. This also happened in another friends RAV 4. They took it to a garage and was told that there was nothing wrong.
