The 1991 is A fourth generation Chevy truck. All panels from 1988 to 1998 will interchange. These were called the rounded line trucks. But GM continued to produce the 3rd generation trucks from 1987 to 1991. They were sold alongside the new design but were the 3rd gen square bodied trucks. So if you own the square body truck you can use parts from 1973 to 1991. Except for some cosmetic changes over the years like the grille and headlights. Some body side molding. Etc. Somewhat confusing but easy to work out
