Flat cam?

Truck runs to good, as long as it's cold outside you would never know there was a problem. I can drive all day. Can a cam lobe be affected by the weather? I'm trying not to just through parts at it.

No,but it can cause popping back thru intake if it's bent or not seating properly and that screws up more then the one cylinder from getting fuel
