Need to disable alarm with no power to car

I left the lights on over night, killed the battery then when I
changed the battery and tried to start the car my alarm
goes off and my car won't shows any signs of power of the
dash. How do I turn off the alarm and start my car. Also
drivers side door lock is broken.
