2007 Suburban won't start, remote entry doesn't work

Asked by gwilley Apr 04, 2013 at 07:58 PM about the 2007 Chevrolet Suburban

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had ACC on for 20 min and when I tried to start the engine there was nothing.  Now remote entry, remote start, door chime, dome light are all not working, but the dash lights, radio, and headlights are working.  Battery had shorted cell, so I replaced it - no change.

I replaced the battery and there was no change. I believe it may be the Body Control Module but will have to take it to the dealer to check it out and reprogram new one.
