I have a 76 camaro, had since new,everything is there just in terrible shape.Frame is rotten,i would like to restore it.Is it worth it if I do it myself or should i not mess with the bad frame ?

If the frame is shot, yeh, not worth it. Do you have a '76 or '70 like the heading say? Buy another clean '76 and maybe swap over some of the parts from yours for nostalgia sake. Doing the work yourself will save some money. A fully restored '76 Camaro will be worth around $15K today, but I guarantee you will have more into the car at that point. Only do it if you really want to, not to make money.
