my 1993 toyota camry won't start sometimes but all the dashboard lights turn on. It doesn't click or make any noise. the first 3 times it would start after me waiting like 15 minutes. but now the 15 minutes is getting longer and leaving me stranded places waiting. Not sure what to do please help

Toyota starters can develop a dead spot, especially on high mileage engines. I've replaced many Toyota starters. Have a starting/charging system diagnosis performed to verify the problem.
