1995 avalon changed battery

we changed the battery and now th e car wont do anything. is it the anti-theft? how so we reset it?

so lights and nothing works. If u turn the ign on do any dash lights come on. if not, check the engine bay fuse panel for the main fuse, may be called ALT (alternator) or main. and check if its blown. it will be. replace that and u should be good.
