Sounds like your rotors are glazed. You can try to burnish them or you'll have to replace them.

Yeah. Drive a couple hundred miles with frequent brake applications and see if there's still shake when braking at 65-70mph (system resonance).

it may be a loose tie rod end worn pads or who knows what , you should have it checked and taken care of A.S.A.P. Letting it go will only ruin something else .
