Turn your key to "On" - wait a couple of seconds for your fuel pump to shut off. Do it a second time and start the car in a normal fashion. Running the pump pressurizes the fuel rail so the injectors squirt a rich mixture into the cylinders. It should reduce cranking time and allow the car to start. If it doesn't start, squirt some starting fluid in the intake to help it along.
