98 grand prix

I have a 2 door 98 grand prix gtp and i have 2 sliver switches in front of my gear
knob right by the seat warmer switch and i was wondering what the 2 switches
do because i have look up and cant find what they do and i dont have the
owners manuel to see what they do

Those aren't factory switches which is why they aren't in your owner's manual. Someone has installed them for some other add on equipment which may no longer even be on the car. Maybe driving lights, or sound equipment. Pull them out to see if there are even any wires still connected to them. If there are try to find where the wires go which should tell you what they are/were used for.
