Grand am rear breaks

Rear breaks r locked up...Wat could this
be....

Need to know if it is like a GT, or SE, but if it has rear rotors and brake calipers on it, the calipers are probably frozen up, or the E-Brake cable had ben pulled and the cable not releasing because of rust.
