Brales 01 grand am

Asked by GuruW5K1 Mar 30, 2017 at 08:35 PM about the 2001 Pontiac Grand Am GT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 01 grand am. A break line to one of my
front calipers busted  and I replaced both sides
and lost all breaks. Replaced myaster cylinder. And
bled them. And still no brakes. I've bled them
multiple times and still no brakes. Tried all types of
bleeding. Even bled the slave cylinder.

I think you still have air in the system. Did you let the reservoir run out of fluid when you were bleeding the system? Have you tried a vacuum bleeder?
