2002 Montana won't start

Ok I have put a new motor in a
Montana van first time starting it
started right up 15 sec died would
crank but not start took bat out
charged came back started right up
ran for a min I shut it off then
restarted shut off now no start cranks
like crazy has good spark and getting
fuel to injectors if I use carb cleaner it
will start plz help !!!

fuel to injectors but the injectors are not getting pulse to open. from pcm, something is not sending to the pcm, like crank sensor, cam sensor ect.

Ok it did throw a code for the cps butt isn't there 2 and the can PS is new said the 24 is the one not talking I tested and no power to it , Wat controls the injector pulse thxs for your help

CPS crankshaft position sensor, just one, cam sensor sensors may have two, but everything has to work together in this area of injector pulse, I think its the security not matching the key chip.
