1999 3.0 no spark new coil new crankshaft sensor after obd2 code still no spark whats left? just died instantly

Theoretically, possibly involved not ECU only.First of all let clarify is there single ignition coil or pack of three? Is there distributor or distributorless ignition system? My 94 3.0L engine has not crankshaft position sensor at all.
