How can I tell if my van has keyless entry I bought the vehicle with no ignition lock but I
have replaced it I ask because I was told some of them came with it

Refer to your owners manual for fuse location and check it. Also, under the dash beneath the steering wheel is a keyless remote relay. It should be marked.
