changed cranksensor no spark

Changed fuel fter spark plugs it just shut off driving down rd towed home mechanic said crank sensor it's on now will turn but sounds like it's outta gas!!..he said timing belt buuuut it only had lil miss before plugs where changed please help

3.1L has a timing chain. So, there are several things to check. You need to know if the coils are getting power. And the more likely problem may be the ignition control module. This, along with the coils can be tested at Auto Zone.

    followed mauel exactly was tdc on #1 piston all timing marks lined up. changed all the pulleys, tensioner pulley, etc.. belt tight, roated engine 3 times. Im missing something.

    Put new crankshaft position sensor on,new ignition module and coil packs on. But I'm not getting no fire to my spark plugs wonder if it's out of time
