I a installing an Onyx EZR in order to have Sirius XM radio
How do I get to the back part of radio in a 2021 Honda Accord Sport sedan in
order to intall a raido wire from the Onyx radio to the back part of my Honda's
radio?

You'll have to remove the radio carefully with nylon interior parts removal tool. Crutchfield will have instructions on how to remove it, to show you where all the fasteners are, though you might have to pay a small fee.
