Question type: General

I have just purchased a 2000 nissan altima.  On the back of car there are logos that say HSE SPORT and also a Flex Fuel emblem.  I cannot find anything anywhere about a HSE SPORT or anything about Flex Fuel .  Even in the manual there is nothing about the Flex fuel possibilities.  Have I been had ?????  Not displeased with vehicle (yet), but dont like the deception.

HSE just means High Specification Edition. Flex fuel means that your vehicle can burn a higher concentration of Ethanol than non flex fuel cars.

Thank you for your help. We have another E85 vehicle and there is some discussion in the manual about it, I was first surprised that it was available in 00 on the Nissan and wanted to see if there were any specific guidelines. Not a big E85 fan, but is nice to have if necessary. Thanks again.
