Bought a 96 galant on the cheap. On initial visit windows worked. Second visit car needed jump to start , after jump car runs . But the windows nor the sunroof work .Bought the car anyway guess it was just a fuse. Well checked all fuses that are visible to me . The fuse under hood , by battery and the  fuses under dash , by drives left leg area . Nothing blown or if it was blown i replaced . And the windows still dont work . I was enformed to replace ETACS module , that is located on the back of fuse box. Mitsu no longer makes it so I had to get one from salvage,that didnt work either. PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

I had to break down and take the car to a mechanic , and they traced the problem down to the a/c control module (its the a/c knobs on the dash/it is a one piece assembly ) a 30 dollar salvage yard part. Replaced it and a/c works , windows work , and sunroof works. I end up selling the car because i found out that the transmission would loose fourth/overdrive gear at 30 mph.If I turned off the O/D then it worked just great.......And i did want to put any more cash it her......
