1997 Galant the front power windows won't work

Just bought this Galant at first power windows and locks wouldn't work. Replaced the fuse, the locks and back windows work now but not the front windows. Help

Check the heater relay fuse in the passenger cabin fuse block. If it's blown none of the windows will work.
