Hazard light starts flashing and fuelpump /ignition shuts off every 30 sex

Hi my 91 Mustang is giving me a headache i just
received /traded it in. I put a fresh battery in it , and
thought Sitting for 2 years it fired Up easy  but after 30
sex hazard lights came om and car shut down No fuel
pump , No ignition . Tienes key back , car started again
hazard lights still flashing , took cables og battery
hazard light s sent of when reconnecting battery , but 30
sec later same !!
Been adviced car could have a safety switch like Volvo  
a Mercury contact that in case car flops over cuts out
power and flaahes hazard , but i cant find a contact or
find anything in wiring diagram
