2000 eclipse that has no spark at all

I have a 2000 eclipse that is not getting any spark I changed the coil packs I have a new plugs and wire I have a new ecu I have a new crankshaft sensor and a new camshaft sensor all fuses and relays are good I'm lost on what else to check

Did you program the ECU to the car?
