Car not starting

My car wouldn't start...battery is fine, lights all
work..was told it could be starter, ignition or relay
switches...just replaced the starter & it's still not
starting any ideas on what the problem could be

does it turn over (crank) ? make sure all electrical connections are clean and tight , find the relays and see if the one for the starter clicks , switch it for an identical one see if that helps
