If the coolant suppose to come back in the reservoir bottle. Then why is the gauge is going to H?

Because the mechanic that repaired the problem by changing both the radiator and cooling fan got it wrong ... if you stick with him then he will sell you a new car .... one piece at a time

Of the 2 items he replaced ... I would concentrate on the cooling fans set point .... the radiator seems ok because it's holding pressure
