Mazda atenza 4x4

What I really want to know is if its "full-time awd" or "awd on-demand"?...

I doubt it is a true 4X4 unless some had modded it, most likely it is an AWD, a true 4X4 will have a set of buttons that will say 2WD, 4WD HI and 4WD LO, some will also have an button that says AUTO. With that being said, if your still interested have a shop check it over, it is money well spent and if they do find something out of sorts it can be a bargaining chip if you still want to purchase it. I think they are an okay vehicle, seating and leg room could be better but that all depends on what you want a wagon for. HTH

Thanks for that, I read on a Google webpage that it is front wheel drive with all-wheel-drive on demand, (only when driving wheels lose traction).
