I have same problem 2000 Lincoln 4s. Son in law gifted us car. Has 25 miles worth of gas in tank and once that's gone no way to refuel. Button on door is missing and pulling cord in trunk does nothing. Would be nice if there was a temporary fix until I can order new button which cost about 40 dollars.
