I can't seem to add photos to my listing

I have a listing but I can't seem to upload pictures

I was able to upload so try this guy: finish your ad and save obviously with the photos. once that is done close out. Then, go back in and click on the 'Manage" button to edit your car sale. Somewhere in the middle or lower is an add button for photos. I was able to add my photos through this option.
