Battery issue 2017 equanox

Had radio and lights on for 200 mins without it running, got in
to start it but won't start lights are on and has power but
won't start.

Sounds like it’s stuck in battery saver mode, recharge the battery in the vehicle with a trickle charger overnight and see if it will come out on its own, if it won’t then most likely the dealer will need to do a reflash on the computer.

Replace the battery. It's most likely original to the vehicle. It was only designed to last 3 years. Hope that helps! Jim
