Yes, sometimes after driving for a while. Changed fuse, blower switch, and resistor. I have another blower on the floor, tried plugging it in, but it didn't work. So I got out the test light, and sure as shit, no power. But, when I plugged it back in, the blower clicked on and off, really quick. So I occasionally have power to it. Just need some direction.
