The rpm is between 0 and 1 it keep falling

I check the following, throttle Body may need to be cleaned. Check the fuel filter. These would cause low RPMs

My info says, 653 rpms at idle, v6 engine. That picture looks fairly close. That middle mark between 0 and 1 should be 500 rpms. Just my opinion.

The idle control valve may be dirty or faulty. The idle speed is normal.
