how do i reset an alarm system

my daughter had my 1994 jeep chrokee, the alarm went off she wasn't sure how to shut it off so she unhooked the battery. now it starts but shuts right off. what do i need to do?

Hi lwalte7, There may be a particular sequence to follow to disengage the alarm. I would contact your local dealership to find out what you are able to do and what requires dealership intervention. Good luck!
