Dash/car power outage

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Everything looks great. Put the key in and turn
it. All power goes out in the dash and nothing
works. If I slam the hood or door dash powers
back up. Turn the key and it goes out again.

Check all your battery and cable connections, make sure they're clean and tight. Then check all fuses, make sure they're well seated, especially the mega fuse.
