When it rains ,  the passenger side floor mats get soaking wet

The drain tube on the heater box is clogged and that tray overflows onto the floor on the passenger side. Rain water coming in the vent below the windshield is not draining. Get underneath with a water hose and try to flush out leaves and stuff out of drain tube.
