things need to be tested before replacing , check for proper fuel pressure some vehicles are particular just having it won't do , check fuses and relays applicable , check for good power and ground at fuel pump . Some parts can be faulty

I don't know what testing you've done? Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs? Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse? Check applicable trouble codes? Those are the basic checks, in my opinion. If your missing, everything, have to check rpm signal. Now, if you've done all this testing and you narrowed it down to the fuel system, we can go there. this is part of fuel pump diagram. good luck
