Without starting the engine, turn the key from Off to On three times, quickly and stop at "On". The odometer will display your fault codes. Google them and repair accordingly. My first guess is throttle position sensor. But follow your codes.

Google what you wrote "skm-skim/skreem/tpm". There is a Youtube video how this security code is reset. It looks like the vehicle will have to go to the Jeep dealer to reflash the PCM's skim function. Call ahead, they may be able to do this with the PCM removed if it isn't drivable. You will also need the VIN number while they reprogram it.
