2015 fusion no power

i have a 2015 ford fusion with 123,000 miles and when i give it gas it struggles
and the check engine light comes on but when i let off the throttle the light
goes away. Can someone please tell me what this is.

the basics for problems at higher rpms, check for blockage of some kind? The first two things I think of are fuel and exhaust. Any applicable trouble codes?
