I have a 2006 Grand cherokee and I'm having trouble starting it!

last night driving home it started to rain and when I went to put up the window it came back down some of the way like it was being blocked ? now the jeep does not hold a charge like there is a short I jump it and it starts right up .. but when it sits a while nothing happens it does not start can someone help out on this ??

One thing I would look at is the window relay. Try pulling it and see if that isolates the battery problem.
