I have a 2001Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.  I am having starting issues.  My car
starts great and then I drive (even short distances) shut it off and it won't restart for
about 2 hours later.  When Im driving it, there isn't any indication of temp issues,
gauges are all ok and no signs of over heating.  All fluids are full and no obvious signs
of heat damage anywhere, but the starter wont start after the car has been running.  
Once it is completely cool it will start again.  Any ideas?
