Take your vehicle to an auto parts store and have them check your starting system. It's free and could lead you to a starter going bad. But after they check it ask them to check it again but this time turn on the air conditioner and see what the test says.

If just sitting overnight drained the battery after having all this work done, either there is a problem with the way they hooked up the alternator or they caused a parasitic draw from clipping a wire which is now shorting and draining the battery. You should have an electrical test done to find the fault.
