i have replaced the hubs twice and also all of the seals and o-ring on the axles and bearings, i was wondering if i could put some kind of a manuel hub on it without hurting the vacum system for the 4 wheel drive

When I turn the 4x4 knob to 4x4 Low or High the light in the dash board changes accordingly but I don't feel any gear changes under like I have felt on other trucks. 2x4 & 4x4 High feels like the same type of drive but 4x4 Low you can feel it pulling harder.
