2013 Titanium voice notification

Asked by Vinru1 Oct 14, 2015 at 08:14 AM about the 2013 Ford Escape

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Bought our 2013 titanium about a month ago, had it serviced at ford, got it back and the clock didn't work.   Did a factory settings reset on it . Got the clock working.   Now everytime I start the car, the VOICE notification " your phone has been connected"  &  your 911 alert is off"  comes on.   It didn't do this prior to service and I have tried and tried to figure how to turn it off by looking in the manual but can't locate it.   It is VERY annoying..

Go into settings-voice control- then turn off voice prompts. See if that works. If not, it may need a system update.
