Depends on condition of camshaft(s) and cam gears. If they are ok, I would do; timing chain tensioners, guides, (check the chain length for stretching while off), valve cover gasket(s), oil pan sealant, front cover sealant, crankshaft oil seal, water pump, thermostat, coolant
Also replace the oil pump o ring behind the oil pump to save issue later (known to leak)
