I have Ford Explorer the speedometer works but when you turn off the Engine it sticks on 30 mph and starts from there when I start to move

    My dashboard, speedometer and radio quit working. If I try to turn on the radio it turns on briefly but then says "battery saving mode" and turns off. I checked fuses with no luck. I'm stumped.
