I can't move any of my 1996 Ford Explorers windows

I thought all windows had there own regulators  and motors

your main switch on drivers door is bad,or blown fuse.

If it's just from the drivers door, either your switch or the wiring from the door is bad. If none of the doors can move windows, then I'd say fuse.

either a fuse or the master window switch in the drivers door is bad or wiring for the master swich. the wires in the door loom in the door jam could be a spot to check
