Continue to have problems with car not starting. Dealer unable to solve problem and not handy when you have to call for a ride and eventually car may start

Continue to have van not start and dealer unable to solve problem.   Computer problem.  
Not convenient  when van will not start and necessary to call for ride.   Eventually it may
start but may not.  Dealer did send for new key fob but has not resolved problem

Had this problem with a 05 Honda odyssey. Needed to change the negative battery terminal. the contacts were bad. The one that goes on the battery and the one that goes to the engine were corroded. It worked alot better. I will be changing the positive as well.

Shame on the dealer- can't solve it- check with a competent mechanic- shouldn't be a big mystery
